Clearwidth
Original business & product concept
An original business and product concept: accessibility audits for online shops in the EU. Clearwidth was not commissioned and is not an operating business with clients.
- Sector
- Accessibility audits for EU e-commerce
- What it proves
- From a business idea to a working tool: model, offer and product.
- My role
- Business concept, offer positioning, product, UX/UI and development.

Decision
The business came first; the site followed
The buyer is an online shop in the EU, and the entry point is the purchase path — the part of the shop that takes the money. Instead of a broad accessibility promise, the audit is sold like a product: nine screens, a fixed scope and a fixed price.
The other rendering became the argument
The “What you see / What is announced” switch shows the same shop in two ways: as the interface on screen and as the structure handed to assistive technology. The difference explains the problem without an abstract lecture.

Path Check
Path Check is an entry point into the product
The working tool takes a page address and, in about ten seconds, checks whether a keyboard can reach the order button. It's a useful start to a conversation about the paid audit, not a decorative demo.

What I created
One business, one offer, one product language
I defined the buyer and the offer's entry point, and designed the audit as a product, the way the problem is explained, and Path Check. The site doesn't illustrate a ready-made business; it is part of how that business was invented.
Why it is specific to this business
This is a concept for a narrowly scoped expert service: a free tool reveals the problem, and the fixed audit structures the next step.
What this means for your project
If you're creating a new offer, I'll start with who the site must speak to and what it must explain — then build the site or the tool.
