Cosmetics Warsaw
Portfolio concept · fictional brand
A portfolio concept for a fictional cosmetology studio in Warsaw. The brand, offer and demonstration material do not describe an existing salon.
- Sector
- Cosmetology studio · fictional brand
- What it proves
- Photography, a 116-service offer and booking designed as one system.
- My role
- Brand concept, offer architecture, art direction, UX/UI and development.

A list of 116 services is not yet a legible offer
A large catalogue easily becomes a list of names that make sense to a specialist but do not lead from a need to a choice. The concept therefore starts with what is happening to the skin, and only then presents the relevant services.

Decision
Need first, treatment name second
Cleansing, hydration, smoothing and pigmentation work as routes into the catalogue. Each one leads to a short explanation and relevant services with their time and price.
KARTOTEKA
KARTOTEKA puts time and price in order
Every catalogue item follows the same structure. A prominent duration, the service name and the price make the offer easy to compare without opening a sequence of cards.
Material note
Prices and timings are demonstrative. The concept's fictional testimonials are not quoted here.

What I created
Photography, catalogue and booking share one rhythm
I created the fictional brand, photographic direction, catalogue architecture, need-led discovery and a demonstrative booking flow. Every photograph comes from Pexels, is licensed and is used illustratively — it does not show salon work or client results.
Why it is specific to this business
This is a system for a business with many adjacent services: imagery builds context, while the data helps someone choose and plan a visit.

What this means for your project
If your business has a large offer, the site can help someone name the need first, then present the right service, time, price and next step.
