From search to payment
The product's job: take someone from search to payment so that at every step they know what they're choosing and what they'll pay. Each of the five screens is responsible for one decision on that path.
1 / 5
The first screen begins with a hotel or flight search. The product starts from the trip someone has in mind, not a wall of promotions.

2 / 5
Results show both the total and the nightly price in PLN. Taxes payable at the property are listed separately, right in the results.

3 / 5
The hotel page brings together images, location, policies and room options before the traveller chooses a particular rate.

4 / 5
Rate options state the cost of flexibility outright — for example, “+8 zł for the option to cancel”.

5 / 5
Booking doesn't require an account. Before payment, the service names the seller responsible for the transaction.

Flights are a product in their own right
In a Warsaw → Barcelona search checked on 25 September 2026, the service returned 494 offers. Results can be narrowed by stops, price and airline.
Offer labels
- Najtańszy (cheapest)
- Najszybszy (fastest)
- Bezpośredni (direct)
When you choose a fare, the included baggage is shown up front.
Booking runs through four steps
- 1Flight selection
- 2Baggage and fare
- 3Traveller details
- 4Payment

One sentence becomes a priced package
The assistant combines a hotel and a flight drawn from offers in the live search. It does not invent prices, and the conversation includes a notice about the AI provider and personal data.
Example checked on 25 September 2026
“City break for up to 1500 zł per person, 2 people”
Budapest, 4 nights, Dean's Home Budapest (9.2) and a direct Wizz Air flight — 2,292 zł in total, or 1,146 zł per person.

Trust is a product feature
In a booking and payment flow, trust cannot be added at the end. Information about partners, prices and limitations is part of the path itself.
Who is behind it
LiteAPI supplies the offers, Stripe handles payment, and NUITEE TRAVEL is named before payment as the merchant responsible for the transaction.
What is not here
There are no invented prices, fake urgency or reviews the service did not collect. The lack of BLIK support is stated up front.
How it works, and how it changed
Under the interface, rules handle prices, payments and failure cases. The product reached them in stages: from sending people to partners to booking and payment on the site.
How it works
- One offer source
- Hotels and flights come from a single supplier, so price and availability have one source.
- Payment and failure
- When a payment goes through but the booking fails, a separate flow records the case and gives it a reference for support.
- Price refreshes
- Prices on the homepage are refreshed in the background, not typed in once.
- No data means no number
- If the source does not return a price, the product does not guess one.
How it changed
It started as a service that sent travellers on to affiliate partners.
The LiteAPI integration: real hotel prices in PLN on the site.
“From X zł” prices that didn't come from live data were removed.
The affiliate partners and the partner-links page were removed.
Distribution shaped the product
HelpTravel content reaches people on TikTok, and in-app browsers can break the redirect to the bank app during a card payment. So checkout recognises the in-app browsers of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Messenger and suggests opening the page in a regular browser, with a one-tap link copy.

What this means for your project
HelpTravel shows I can build and keep developing a product with search, booking, payment and integrations. Your business most likely doesn't need a system like this. But every project gets the same approach: a path that leads to a decision, terms stated plainly, and a site built to work for real people.
